The DHCC Emerging Leader award recognizes the competence and activities of members who have been in practice for 10 years or less and who have been members of DHCC for at least three (3) years. The purpose of this recognition is to encourage their continued participation in DHCC and identify potential leadership for DHCC at the district, state, and national levels.
